CCT VS MS PART 7

hello everyone welcome to the CAD cam tutorial hello

Today we are going to do part CCT VS MS PART 7.

Here is our part-7

We have made this in 2 parts.

We will make it from multibody.

let’s start (start solid work software and open part modeling )

Select the front plane and start sketching

View dimensions in PDF

Play the Rectangle Command in the Sketch tab.

Rectangle size 110 X 55 mm

quit from sketch commands

Click on Extrude Command and add thickness 12 mm

Sketch on the face of the rectangle

Play the Rectangle Command Again Rectangle size 90 X 30 mm

Select all line and convert to the construction line

quit from sketch commands

Click to Hole Specification Command

Click Hole – ANSI Metric – drill size – Size 6.5 MM – Position

will select the four points of the rectangle

click ok 4 holes are done in part.

Select and hide the sketch

Select the right plane and start sketching

Normal to front view

select the circle command and make a two circle

The big circle diameter is 45 mm.

The small circle diameter is 16 mm.

put the dimension.

make sketch fully defined

The thickness of the round bar is 20 mm

select extrude command and put thickness 20mm

Now are complete. CCT VS MS PART 7.
